Rules

TopTools is a public leaderboard for websites. There are no ads, no votes and no algorithm deciding who goes where. Your position is the money you put in, and nothing else moves it.

How ranking works

Bids are whole dollars and start at $1. If your country prices in rupees, the dollar amount is converted at the rate we pull that day, and the rate used is saved on your payment.
Your rank is the bid your listing currently holds. It is not the total of everything you have ever paid.
Paying less than the top bid still puts you on the board. You land wherever that bid reaches.
Equal bids keep the order they were placed in. Whoever got there first stays higher.
Enter the same website again to climb. You only pay the difference between what your listing already holds and the number you want it to hold.
Anybody can outbid you at any time. A rank is a position on a live board, not a slot you rent for a fixed period.

What you can list

A website you own or run. A product, a tool, a landing page.
One listing per domain. yoursite.com and www.yoursite.com are the same listing, and so are two different pages on that domain. The bid belongs to the domain, not the page.
Group chat and invite links are not listed. That covers Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Signal, Messenger and anything similar. The board is for products.
Sexual and adult content is not listed.
The address has to be a public one we can actually reach. Private networks, raw IP addresses, unusual ports and pages behind a login are refused before you get to pay.

After you pay

The completed payment is what claims the rank. Your listing goes live as soon as the payment settles.
The title, description and icon are read from your own page. Change them on your site and bid again to pull the new ones in.
Clicks go straight to the URL you submitted. The count is public and sits on your row for everyone to see.
Every outbound link carries rel="nofollow". A bid buys you attention on this board. It is not a search-engine ranking signal and we will not pretend otherwise.

Payments and refunds

Razorpay processes the payment, in dollars or rupees, from Indian and international cards. Any tax is handled at checkout and shown before you pay.
Being outbid is not a refund reason. Your listing keeps the bid it holds and stays on the board at its new rank.
Duplicate charges, and any charge where the amount taken does not match the order we created, are refunded in full without you asking.
Listings removed for breaking these rules are not refunded. If a payment looks wrong to you, email us before opening a dispute. It is faster and we can actually fix it.
